Chronology
A contemporary story about finding your fortune in the world of West Texas oil rigs.. A landowner, at least one who works in the oil industry , will act as intermediary between geological exploration companies and landowners. Usually, a landowner's job is to negotiate and enter into contracts with landowners with mineral rights in order to lease these rights to the company they represent.
They also partially correct, solve problems and mediate
In essence, they manage the land and secure the lease so they can drill for oil and gas. As a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, living quarters for workers (men's camp), assemble earthmoving equipment and drill the well itself, especially in remote areas. Landman is my first Taylor Sheridan series, so I don't have the expectations that seem to come from being a Yellowstone fan.

The main storyline is still interesting and exciting, but not too far-fetched. There are a couple of secondary storylines that follow well throughout the episodes, but perhaps one of them undermines the overall quality of the show. Visual design deserves attention; directing and creating an environment worthy of pleasure.
The cast details their characters well
It would be interesting to know the opinion of people working in this industry about how realistic field walls are. Billy Bob Thornton is an exemplary actor and really carries the show well. All in all, a very good series, visually well executed and superbly acted.
