The adventures of various guests and employees of a luxury resort over the course of a week... HBO has renewed the series for a second season, even though the show was originally intended to be a one-season limited miniseries. The show is rumored to be an anthology-style series with new characters for each season. HBO has done this before (to wide acclaim) with the series True Detective (2014). Featured on Jeremy Vine: Episode #4.175 (2021). Oh my god, I miss the message boards! This isn't going to be a review - it's a question - can someone explain to me why a woman who is obviously very, very rich (a Google CFO as in Google) goes on vacation with a group of 5 adults and a teenager and rents a condo that only has 1 bedroom?? Wtf? I probably make less than the maids of these types and I always check into my 2-bedroom vacation spot, even though we're traveling as a group of 3 - 2 adults and a child (not even a teenager yet).
