Fassbender is excellent again and unlike most spy dramas he is actually quite believable

I don't understand all the negativity in the reviews, yes the pacing is not in Bourne territory, but it is suspenseful, wonderfully acted and keeps your attention. I haven't seen the French original yet, so if I don't compare it would be a shame if any negative comparisons could possibly stop any enjoyment from it. Perhaps the concerns about the pacing come from the culture of binge-watching, it is probably slow if you want to watch several episodes at once, but honestly I don't see any problem with that.

Please don't let any negativity stop you from watching, it's worth your time
